Who is Highland Campus Health Group? |
HCHG works with campus health centers, and only campus health centers, to develop new revenue to support their operations, enhance their services, and build for the future. Highland’s services help improve fiscal stability for their health center partners. HCHG does not operate, manage, or outsource college health programs.

Our Approach
|
By billing and collecting insurance revenue for professional clinical services on behalf of campus health centers, HCHG generates incremental revenue. But HCHG is not just a “commodity billing company.”
College health represents a specialty practice, and Highland recognizes the differences between working with (i) students in a college health center versus (ii) patients in a private practice setting. As such, Highland has built its business around the needs of college health centers and the students they serve. Highland remains the only company that bills and collects insurance revenue for professional clinical services strictly on behalf of campus health centers. Highland does not work with hospitals or private physician offices. |
 |
For each campus health center partner, Highland’s full turnkey model comprises, in addition to billing and collections, services including coding, compliance, credentialing, managed care contract negotiation, practice management, accounting/auditing, marketing and communications, data disaster recovery, and information technology.
While local medical billing companies are not prepared for the cycles of services provided in campus health centers, they also do not understand the special sensitivities of insurance billing for students; and they do not provide the range, scope, and depth of Highland’s full turnkey service. |
