
Andrew Menter, JD, MBA – Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Menter has wide-ranging experience in all facets of corporate finance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, business development, corporate governance and legal affairs.
His Wall Street experience includes tenures at both J.P. Morgan Chase & Co, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and an international European-based firm specializing in fixed-income products.
He earned a B.A. from Brown University and his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration (Concentration in Finance) from The University of Houston. Andrew is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Joseph Yurich, MBA – President, Chief Operating Officer
Joseph Yurich brings strong health care and technology experience to Highland. He is responsible for maximizing Highland’s overall corporate performance and increasing profitability for clients.
Before starting his career in Healthcare, Joe was the director of operations and regional sales executive for Prolink, Inc., a leader in golf management and information technologies. During his six years at ProLink, Joe successfully deployed new products to an existing customer base, improved corporate infrastructure to operate more efficiently, and created a global support team.
Prior to joining Highland, Joe worked with Priority Healthcare, which was sold to Express Scripts.
Joe’s connection to higher education began with Texas A&M University, from which he received the degree of Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. In addition, he received his Masters of Business Administration in the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
Harold Whittington – Vice President, Compliance
Harold Whittington has a professional track record of unparalleled success in clinician credentialing, health care billing and coding, compliance, and practice analysis. He will ensure that the third party billing operations of Highland's partner campuses are efficient, rigorous, and effective. He is responsible for health center training for coding and billing, regulatory compliance, and claims auditing.
Harold worked for 13 years with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, where he managed millions of federally-funded budget dollars. During Harold's nearly 10 year tenure at Texas Medicare, his departments were rated among the most efficient in the nation. After leaving corporate and government programs, Harold established his own consulting businesses. His accomplishments in the area of reimbursement and legislation became nationally renowned, and his private consulting firm, Harold Whittington and Associates, became one of the largest of its kind in the nation.
He is an expert speaker and educator on issues related to ethical and effective coding and billing of health care claims, as well as a wide range of issues in health care compliance. He was a highly sought consultant in the field of medical practice analysis, aiding his clients greatly in the development of billing and coding processes that assure compliance with regulations while maintaining an optimal revenue stream.
Beverly Morse – Vice President, Managed Care
Beverly Morse brings 20 years experience in managed healthcare. She was the Director of Network Services for Aetna Health Plans and was responsible for developing and managing HMO, PPO and POS networks. She was responsible for contracting with hospitals, physicians and ancillary services. As a representative of Aetna, she sat on the credentialing committee which provided peer review for physicians applying for participation in the health plans. She also worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas in the Quality Department where she assisted the local HMO team in developing policies and procedures for their pending visit from the National Committee for Quality Assurance to get their accreditation.
Beverly's experience also includes working for Aperture, Inc., a credentialing verification organization. She was responsible for sales of this service to HMO's in the northeast. Additionally, she was with Voluntary Hospitals of America, analyzing and reporting hospital utilization patterns. Her experience also includes working with two physician practice management companies where she was instrumental in developing the credentialing department and a peer review committee.
Beverly will be responsible for managed care strategy, preparing physicians for contracting with managed care plans and for the credentialing process.
Jeff Vose – Vice President, Information Technology
Jeff Vose is responsible for Highland's network and information systems. He works to ensure they integrate with our client's systems and business processes. This includes the exchange of data between Highland's billing software and university patient management systems and bursar offices.
His IT and management experience, in a wide variety of departments and across several industries, gives him an innate ability to see all sides of a problem, and develop simple yet effective business solutions. His IT experience involves designing and developing end user applications, developing management reports, designing databases, training end users and integrating systems.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from McMurry University.
Tanya Lett – Director of Billing Operations
Tanya Lett joined Highland Campus Health Group in 2009 as the Director of Billing Operations. She brings over 13 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience to Highland. Prior to Highland, Tanya worked at HCFS, Inc. as the Regional Director of Operations overseeing 3rd party eligibility for 15 hospital systems. In addition, Tanya has held management roles at CVS/Caremark Specialty Pharmacy and Ochsner Health Systems. Tanya’s experience spans across Hospital A/R Management, Pharmacy Reimbursement, Third Party Eligibility Services and Billing Software Development.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern University at New Orleans. She is member of Sigma Beta Delta National Business Honor Society and American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.
Tanya relocated to Dallas in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast Region.
Jennifer Cloutier – Director of Sales
Jennifer Cloutier joined Highland Campus Health Group in 2008. Jennifer is responsible for introducing and educating campuses about Highland’s full turnkey billing services. Jennifer brings over 8 years of experience in higher education sales dealing with college health and student affair's professionals.
Prior to Highland, Jennifer was a Sales Manager at Outside the Classroom, a Boston-based company that was founded to address epidemic–level public health issues affecting education. Jennifer was responsible for instituting strategic sales processes, metrics, and defined the market for the western region.
Jennifer graduated with a B.A. degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Lesley University and received honors at graduation.
Jay D. Farabee – Director of Campus Relations
Jay Farabee has over 20 years of healthcare experience in diverse markets. His experience with Aetna Health Plans began their Customer Service division and progressed to Network Management & Provider Relations. Following Aetna, Jay joined AHI Texas Healthcare Systems as their Senior Regional Network Manager overseeing their entire physician practice management operations. His broad experience provided extensive knowledge of payor, physician and ancillary contracting. The products Jay oversaw included commercial, Medicare and Medicaid products.
Jay’s most recent position was Area Vice President of Operations for Total Sleep Diagnostics, a national diagnostic sleep clinic, where he managed five markets in Texas and Arizona with annual revenue of $13M.
As Highland’s Director of Campus Relations, Jay is responsible for directing the implementation process for new clients and as well as providing leadership and support to Highland’s existing client base.
Micah Wong – Director of Engineering
Micah Wong joined Highland Campus Health Group in March of 2009 and was responsible for building and managing both Quality Assurance and Customer Care teams. Micah is now the Director of Engineering, and is responsible for managing all facets of engineering which include development, quality assurance, operations, and customer care.
Prior to joining the Highland Campus Health Group, Micah started his career at Websense, Inc. where he was a Senior QA Engineer working on their desktop security product. After Websense, Inc. he moved to Veoh Networks, Inc. where he built and managed both Quality Assurance and Customer Care teams. He also spent his last year at Veoh Networks, Inc. as a Program Manager where he managed the release of all consumer facing products.
Micah has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
